Terms

These terms are between you and QBLOCK AI LLC, which owns and operates the BookIt brand at bookit.salon. BookIt is a marketplace. We show independent barbers, their services and times, and let you book a chair. The haircut or other service is provided by the barber, not by QBLOCK AI LLC or BookIt.

You sign in with a mobile number we verify. You are responsible for that number and for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older. Give us accurate information; we may suspend an account we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or a risk to other people.

By checking the service-texts box on the phone form, you agree to receive SMS from BookIt: sign-in codes, booking confirmations, and appointment reminders. That box is required to book. If you also check the offers box, BookIt may text you promotions and news about barbers on BookIt. Offers are optional and not required to book. Service texts are typically fewer than five a month; offer texts, if you opt in, a few extra a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

A time you see is a time the shop can take, subject to it still being free when you confirm. When you confirm, you are asking that barber to hold the chair for you. Show up on time, or cancel in the window shown at checkout (free cancellation up to 24 hours before, unless the shop states otherwise).

BookIt does not charge you for the haircut at checkout. You pay the barber for the service. If a shop requires a deposit to hold the time, we will tell you before you confirm.

Cancel from your appointments when the window still allows it. Inside 24 hours, contact the barber. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead us to limit booking.

Reviews are for clients who had a visit. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, or that attacks someone. We may remove reviews that break that rule.

Do not scrape the site, probe other people’s accounts, interfere with bookings, or use BookIt to send spam. We may rate-limit or block traffic that looks automated or abusive.

Prices, hours, and the quality of the cut are the barber’s. BookIt is not a party to that service and is not liable for how it turns out, beyond running the booking tools described here. If something goes wrong in the chair, take it up with the shop.

We aim to keep the site up, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Listings, times, and prices can change.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you keep using BookIt after that, you accept the new terms.
